Discover The Lost 6 Second Morning Routine That Gave Me An Unfair Physique Advantage!

I am a Mom of 2 and Grandma to 3.
When I first heard about the 6 second morning ritual, my first thought was, "Can it be real?" But just believe me, don't argue…. it works.
My results have been unbelievably amazing. Results have been different for everyone I know, but everyone I know has had a positive result.
At my early 20s, I was stunningly beautiful and attractive. I was every man's dream. But all my charming, beautiful and attractive shape began to disappear after my second baby.
I really struggled to control my curves. Before I got pregnant for the second time, I was at 139 and happy with how I looked.
I wanted to get my shape back, and after that pregnancy, I was at 205.
I was so unhappy with how I felt and looked. I was in desperate need of change!
I started going to the gym, almost drinking only water, working out more, cutting calories and so on.
Every morning, I worked out for 90 minutes jogging on treadmills, using the elliptical, doing squats, lifting weights, etc. it wasn't easy.
Working out every day is not something I enjoy doing. I wanted to get back down to 139, but no matter how hard I worked out, nothing seemed to be working and the number on the scale would not go down.
After a few months, I noticed that my husband wasn't paying attention to me as he used to, and the closeness between us started to fade because of my size.
He did try to encourage me with some positive words and tried to say that everything was just fine.
But I knew it wasn't. And I realized that it was time to try something new, or else I'd be trapped if I didn't turn things around quickly.
The simple little-known facts that changed my life!
Fortunately, I was out shopping when I ran into my friend Jamie for the first time in years.
She looked stunning. I almost didn't recognize her in her skinny jeans and tight top. She looks completely different from the Jamie I used to know.
What a surprise! I yelled out jumping right in with a simple, "how did it happen?" "How does someone manage to go from looking like me, to looking like a model" (we both laughed)!
She told me about a weird "6 Second Morning Ritual" she had heard about and promised to send me the same video she watched.
It's a simple ritual that takes less than 60 seconds every morning but begins to work by reviving the body.
For those who know me well, know that I'm very skeptical… and after watching the video, at first, I felt no different.
My first thought was, "It can't be that easy." But since I had just ran into Jamie and saw how well it worked for her, I decided to give it a shot!"
Guess what? It works like magic!
I started using it at 205. I am now at 138 - and that's without even doing any exercise.
It's still hard for me to believe...!
I was literally eating all my favorite foods! It's amazing. It's simple.
And I'll spend the rest of my life sharing about the amazing life changing experience.
Don't get me wrong, exercise is very important, and just recently, I feel like I have a lot more energy to exercise. I now actually WANT to go to the gym.
But it's just mind blowing for the fact that I got to 138 without even exercising.
